When we start our new business, everything looks to be going well in the beginning. We do every possible work to give our business a kick start. And then we look for plans and possible resources from where we can make it a “Growing Business”.

Usually, we devote our full energy and resources for opening our new business. And sadly, sometimes we run out of ideas when the business is on the slide from the peak. This is one thing which you would like “not to happen” in the early stages of your newly owned business.

So, let’s not waste time and make a plan “B” for your business, even if it is running perfectly well according to you. Why? Because nobody knows what’s going to happen in future. So better be prepared for “B” contingency plan.This should be realistic, practical and visionary.

Fore-sightedness in business is a virtue which can not be kept aside at any time of your endeavor in business. Anticipation, planning and execution are the three processes which have to be done in sequence. This should never be forgotten. Don’t try to cut corners, while maintaining quality control standards. Pollution considerations and health awareness aspects of your business, should be given prime importance because these considerations are becoming increasingly important in today’s business world.
